  • Translate the value of the share and the authorised/ issued share capital from Cyprus pounds in Euro

Following the Euro introduction as the official currency in Cyprus each Company Limited should translate the value of the share and the authorised/ issued share capital from Cyprus pounds in Euro until 31/12/2008 with a resolution of general minutes of shareholders, the change of Memorandum document and sent to department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver (D.R.C.O.R.) of the Republic of Cyprus. Registrar of Companies charges will be free, only if you require the certificate it will cost £10 or £20 to be completed in short time.

  1. Additionally, a new Company folder in QuickBooks must be created with a new chat of accounts.

Our charge for the services is about £100 (£115 including VAT)
